A luxury project changes every single day — but no one can see it happen in real time. At Einstein 2·4·6·8 in north Tel Aviv, we documented the entire first year of construction: from the deep excavation and basement levels, through reaching ground level, to the first floors of the frame climbing above the street.
More than cranes and trucks
The film doesn’t just show machinery moving. It tells how a deep, complex pit gradually becomes a luxury residential complex — thousands of individual steps connected into one clear story. Visiting a site every few weeks shows you that something changed; a time-lapse shows you how: the pace, the sequence, the way each stage enables the next.
Three assets in one film
For the developer, the result works on three levels at once: a visual engineering record of one of the most critical phases of the project, a marketing tool for a demanding luxury audience, and a long-term archive of how the landmark came to be. The project is still under way — and the cameras keep working.
