We install the camera at a strategic point that provides the best angle. Sometimes it’s on a light pole, a neighboring rooftop (with permission), a crane, or a dedicated mast. The camera is easy to install, does not require a fixed electricity/internet setup (it has a solar panel), and is weather-resistant.

Our cameras run on a solar panel and internal battery that can hold up even when there’s no direct sunlight for several days. We know how to handle power infrastructure on-site and monitor remotely to ensure the camera stays active.

Absolutely. We come to the site with all the required permits for working at heights and proper insurance. This way, you can be confident that the installation is done professionally, safely, and in accordance with the law.

All photos and videos are uploaded to a shared cloud folder (usually Google Drive), which you can access and update at any time. Additionally, there’s an app where you can view a live stream from the site and monitor in real time.

It depends on what we agreed upon in the contract. In most cases, the camera is owned by the client, so in case of theft – the responsibility is theirs. However, we make sure to place the cameras in elevated and less accessible locations. Camera insurance can also be added for an extra fee. A stolen camera requires replacement, but we’ll gladly assist with a discount and reinstallation if needed.

The photos and videos are saved throughout the duration of the project and beyond, as long as there is space in the cloud. For the full video segments or security footage (if configured), you can usually go back about three months at any given time. The main timelapse files are always saved.
